Quick Chicken Potato Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken (boneless or bone-in)
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • /4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 cups water
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Quick Method:


  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker or deep pan. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.

  • Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for 1 minute.

  • Add tomatoes and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft.

  • Mix in turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.

  • Add chicken and potato pieces, stir to coat with the masala.

  • Add water, cover, and cook:

  • Pressure cooker: 2–3 whistles on medium flame.

  • Pan: Cover and simmer for 20–25 mins until chicken and potatoes are cooked.

  • Once done, add garam masala, simmer for 2 mins.

  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Cooking Steps:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 2–3 ice cubes (optional)
  • Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy

Fresh Tomato Juice

Ingredients:

3–4 ripe tomatoes

1/4 tsp black salt or regular salt (to taste)

1/4 tsp pepper powder (optional)

A few drops of lemon juice (optional)

1/2 cup cold water (optional, for thinner juice)

Ice cubes (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Method:

Wash and chop the tomatoes roughly

Blend tomatoes in a mixer or blender until smooth.

Strain using a sieve (optional) if you want clear juice.

Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.

Add cold water if needed and stir well.

Serve chilled with ice cubes and a mint garnish.
